Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
These terms govern engagements with Stratum Integrated Systems LLP (“Stratumâ€, “weâ€, “usâ€). Specific quotations, proposals and AMC contracts may add to or refine these terms; where a signed quotation or contract conflicts with this page, the signed document prevails.
Quotations & orders
All quotations are itemised, written, and valid for the period stated on them (typically 15 days) as prices depend on supplier availability. An order is confirmed only upon our written acceptance along with the agreed advance payment.
Sourcing & delivery
- Equipment is procured against confirmed orders from authorised distribution channels.
- Delivery timelines stated in a quotation are good-faith estimates; supply-chain delays outside our control will be communicated promptly.
- Title and risk in goods pass on delivery at the agreed location unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Installation & workmanship guarantee
Installations performed by Stratum carry a 90-day workmanship guarantee from handover date. This covers defects arising from installation work itself. It does not cover physical damage after handover, power anomalies, unauthorised modification by others, or normal wear of consumables.
Warranty
Products carry their respective manufacturer warranties. We assist with warranty claims end-to-end, but warranty decisions and timelines rest with the manufacturer. Warranty requires retention of our original invoice.
Annual Maintenance Contracts
AMC scope, visit frequency, response commitments and exclusions are defined in the individual contract document. Consumables, physical damage, lightning/power-surge damage and third-party alterations are generally excluded unless expressly included. AMC fees are payable annually in advance unless agreed otherwise.
Payments
Payment milestones are as stated in each quotation or contract. Invoices are due per the terms printed on them. Delayed payments may pause scheduled services and support until cleared.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stratum's liability for any claim relating to goods or services supplied is limited to the value of the specific invoice under which the claim arises. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of data or business interruption, except where caused by our proven negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
